Returns Since we deal in perishable food items (dried fruits, nuts, and spices), we generally do not accept returns once the product has been delivered due to health and hygiene reasons. However, your satisfaction is our priority.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds If a refund is approved due to damage or delivery errors, it will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.
